Warranty is to the original purchaser, non transferrable and only valid if all written instructions provided with the product are followed including any annual maintenance, cleaning, and storage during harsh weather conditions as stated in product instructions, damages from improper use, maintenance, and storage are and storage are not covered, warranty coverage shall be determined by Sunsational Products sole discretion.
