When you purchase products from BNP Discounts Furniture Gallery, we collect personal information voluntarily by our customers in the way of your name, mailing address, email address, and telephone number. We use this information to process and complete your order and your personal information is shared with outside parties to the extent possible to complete the ordering process. We use information you provide when placing orders to be shipped to gift addresses and shipping notifications when your order has been shipped.

We do not retain telephone numbers for purposes other than contacting individuals with a question or information regarding their order. It may become necessary to share your number with the delivery driver or courier for special deliveries of larger furniture orders. We do not trade, rent, or sell telephone numbers to any other parties not involved in processing and delivering your order.

Additionally, we may use your personal information in ways to enhance the performance and quality of our website by the information you submit via questionnaires, surveys or feedback forms. We use this information to update inventory with new products as requested by our customers and to provide you with product updates or news about specials or to reply to emails received by you. Payment & Billing Practices:

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover Card and Paypal as payment.  Orders are processed and sent to the shipping warehouse within 20 minutes.  However, the warehouse may take up to 24 hours to 5 days to process your order.  Which means, they pick your order, pack it in the cartons and arrange for freight pick up.  Once they pick your order and start preparing it for shipping, your credit card is billed, although it may not ship for a few days thereafter.  Packing takes time to ensure that your order is not damaged in transport.  If you have ordered a product that is on back order, we will contact you to ask if you would like to continue with the order or cancel it.  If you wish to wait for the back order and have your order ship when it becomes available, your credit card will not be billed until your order has been processed as outlined above.  Please consult our FAQ page to get an estimated time frame for your order to ship. 

Address Change Penalties:

We process orders within 20 minutes from the time customer has placed the order.  This means, we send all customer orders to the shipping warehouse within 20 minutes.   However, in some cases the warehouse will process the order for shipment within 24 hours.   Which means your order could take up to 24 hours to ship, depending upon the manufacturer.  We ship to the address our customers enter into the “Ship to Address” field.   If you require your address to be changed for any reason after the order has shipped, there will be additional fees and the changes will not be made until these fees have been paid. 

Cancellation Policy:
 

Be Sure Before You Buy - We can accept cancellations of an order if the order has not gone through processing at the shipping warehouse.  Which means, if the order has not been picked, boxed and made ready for freight pick up.  Please be aware, that BNP Discounts Furniture Gallery sends all customer orders to the shipping warehouse within 20 minutes of receiving the order.  However, processing your order for shipping at the manufacturer warehouse may take anywhere from 20 minutes to 24 hours.

If the order has shipped and the customer refuses the order, this will be classified as a Buyers Remorse Return - the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges related to the order including freight from our warehouse and the return freight back to the warehouse in addition to a 30% re-stocking fee. These charges will be deducted from your refund. Please be sure before you buy - we want happy customers.

Damage Claims Policy:


If delivery arrives while you are present and your merchandise is clearly damaged you must refuse delivery and contact us immediately at 503-289-7657 Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM PST.

In the event your order arrives damaged – you will have 20 (twenty) days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a replacement of individual parts damaged in the carton through our store. If you have claims to submit after the 20 day window, you will be required to contact the Manufacturer directly to submit your claims.  In some cases, you may be required to produce an image of the damaged part for our inspection as required by the individual manufacturer.  Damage claims reported after the 20 days deadline - customer will be required to contact the manufacturer directly for replacement parts.

All orders being returned must have a Return Authorization Number – no returns will be accepted without this number.  If you send your order back to our warehouse without an RA#, your order will be refused and will be returned back to you, in which case you will be liable for the shipping fees.  You must first contact us for a Return Authorization number before we can initiate a return for replacement. You will then be given instructions via email on how to proceed. Email for RA#: returns@bnpdiscounts.com

Your items must reach the manufacturer warehouse within 20 days from the date your order arrives at your doorstep . Items received after 20 days will not be accepted for return. So please inspect your order and contact us immediately to initiate a return for replacement – you only have 7 days to inspect your merchandise in order for your merchandise to arrive  back at the warehouse before the deadline!

We will ship late items back to you and you will not be reimbursed for shipping. If your order is a replacement item and replacement items become temporarily unavailable – they will be placed on back order. If replacement items are permanently out of stock – you will be offered a comparable substitute item or the choice of a complete refund.

To qualify for a replacement on your order, ALL items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging and containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, all accessories, and security seals. Do not mark or deface original manufacturer containers in any manner.

We will not accept returns if packaging is not in its original condition - we will return such items to you. If you refuse the returned unit to you, All shipping costs related to product replacements will be not be covered by BNP Discounts.
 
Return Policy: 

No returns will be accepted without prior approval and without a Return Authorization Number.

Product Returns Will Not be accepted on products that have been assembled.  We will only supply you with replacement parts for products that have been damaged due to shipping - Not for damages incurred during installation or assembly of said product.  Photos of damages may be required before replacement can be issued.  If your product arrives with damaged parts or defective pieces (ie: pre-drilled holes are misaligned), you must make note and contact either BNP Discounts Furniture Gallery or the manufacturer directly and request the needed parts.  If you receive your product and decide that you do not  like the color, the style or the quality (before assembly), you may apply for a return, however penalties apply.  (See Buyers Remorse Returns below). 

Due to strict health regulations we cannot accept returns on Pet furniture products.  Pet furniture consists of Pet Carriers, Dog Houses, Cat Scratching Posts and Pet Beds.  Once you place your pet into the Pet Carriers or on the Pet Scratching Post or other Pet Furniture, it is not returnable or exchangeable.  If your pet product arrives with proven manufacturer defects in workmanship or materials, you may apply for a Return Authorization Number and you must obtain a Return Authorization Number.  Products received without a Return Authorization Number will  NOT be accepted and will be returned to the customer at the customers expense.  If the pet product returned is proven that there are no defects in workmanship and or materials, there will be imposed a 20% restocking fee and all Shipping and Handling fees will be deducted from the customers refund.  No Exceptions.  Pet products purchased in closed and sealed packaging may be returned if the seal has not been broken and all documentation and original packaging are returned.  However the Buyers Remorse Policy applies with a penalty of the 20% restocking fee and all shipping and handling costs.

Returns requested due to quality issues (ie: product is made with MDF or Particle Board) will be labeled Buyers Remorse Returns as all product pages clearly state what the product is composed out of.  (See Buyers Remorse Returns below).

Shipping Fees: Although our web-site advertises Free Shipping.  The cost of shipping is included in the product price.  Therefore, actual shipping fees will be deducted from any order refunds.  Customer is charged for actual shipping fees where your order has shipped to your residence or place of business and the return of your merchandise to our warehouse.   No exceptions.

Due to manufacturer return policies, on occasion we may prevent returns on selected products. We note any such restrictions on the product detail page.

All product copy and documentation comes direct from the manufacturers of items noted, please read the item descriptions carefully. In the event an item is not "as described" on the product description page – you may apply for a full refund. However, if the item arrives back at the warehouse and inspection shows the product was as described on the product page – we will refund your purchase price minus all shipping fees and a 15% - 30% re-stocking fee (depending upon the product manufacturer). 

All of our products come with a 100% Parts Replacement Guarantee -- therefore eliminating the needs for returns.
          
We do have a Buyers Remorse Return Policy as follows:

Buyer pays 15% - 30% re-stocking Fee (depending upon product manufacturer) and  buyer is responsible for all freight charges, this includes freight fees upon shipping the order from the warehouse to the customer and return shipping back to the warehouse. We list products with free shipping, However, the cost of shipping is embedded in the purchase price of your order therefore these fees will be deducted from your refund.  Freight fees are based upon the actual shipping rates paid on outbound and inbound freight.  The outbound freight rate may be different from the inbound freight rate as freight is based upon actual rates and these rates fluctuate daily based upon fuel prices and other extenuating factors.  There is NO EXCEPTION to this policy. 

If you should decide to Return your product for any reason -- you will be charged for the FULL and COMPLETE freight charges that we had to pay to ship your order to you - You will also be responsible for FULL and COMPLETE Freight charges to have the product shipped back to our warehouse in addition to our 15% - 30 % restocking Fee. This Policy is Strictly Enforced and there are NO EXCEPTIONS.

We offer 100% parts replacement warranty on all products thus eliminating the need for returns.
